As a member of Maine PowerOptions, you will have the opportunity to participate in our group-purchasing programs designed to increase your organization's buying power and lower its energy costs for the purchase of fuel oil and electricity. 

Your organization will also receive timely market updates and educational materials and will be given the opportunity to evaluate pricing offers Maine PowerOptions negotiates on behalf if its member organizations. Maine PowerOptions provides all participating organizations with an equal opportunity to benefit in group purchasing initiatives.   

The Maine PowerOptions program is entirely voluntary. Completing a membership application and becoming a member does not obligate your organization to purchase energy through the consortium.
